1) How do I place an order ?
Simply browse through the site, or use the search box to locate the item(s) you wish to purchase. Then simply click on an item picture or link to view more details such as item description, sizing charts, size availability. You may then select quantity and size. Then simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add the selection to your shopping cart. After adding all selected items to your cart, click ‘Checkout’ to proceed with your purchase. If you are a first-time customer, you will be asked to provide your Billing and Shipping info before you provide your card info and complete the purchase process. Returning customers will be able to login with their e-mail and password to access their saved Billing and Shipping Address(es) on file.
2) How long will it take to receive my item ?
Every jersey we sell is "Made to Order" and is "Customized" (sewing of the player's name and numbers) after payment has been received. This customization process presently requires a lead time of 14-16 business days to complete. This means that your jersey will only ship out from our warehouse after 14-16 business days from the date of payment. Delivery will then take an additional 3-6 business days to arrive depending on where you are located. The above lead time is in effect regardless of the shipping method chosen (Standard or Expedited).
3) What is your Return Policy?
We offer a full return and refund policy for 30 days on any items shipped in error, or shipped with a manufacturing defect. We will replace or refund the returned item(s) including shipping costs once we have received the item(s).
We also offer size exchanges (within 30 days). The buyer is responsible for all costs involved in returning the jersey back to us, as well as the re-shipping cost of the new jersey.
Unfortunately there are no exchanges or refunds on Special Order "Custom/Personalized" jerseys.
To return your item(s) please contact us via email so that we can provide you a Return Authorization number.
4) How will my item be shipped ?
The majority of our orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse via UPS standard ground service at a cost of $ 6.95. There are a small amount of orders (P.O. box addresses) which ship via the Postal Service. Every UPS shipment includes insurance and features detailed tracking info which will be emailed to the buyer once the package has been shipped. For buyers in Hawaii, and Alaska we only ship via UPS "Expedited" service at a cost of $ 42.95
5) Do you offer Expedited shipping ?
We do offer UPS Expedited shipping at a cost of $ 42.95. Please keep in mind that choosing Expedited shipping has no effect and does not speed up the lead time to prepare the jersey (14-16 business days). It simply means that when your jersey is ready to ship it will arrive much sooner (2-3 days).
6) Do you ship Worldwide ?
We only ship to the USA, Canada, and Western Europe. European purchases are shipped via UPS "Expedited" service at a cost of $ 48.95 (For one Jersey)
7) Will I be charged any Duties or Taxes ?
USA buyers will not be charged any duties or taxes for any purchases. Canadian buyers will not be charged any Duties, however Canadian buyers will be charged sales tax (HST, or GST) depending on which province they reside in. Buyers in Europe are responsible for any duties and taxes that their respective countries may charge them.

Protecting the safety of your credit card information is extremely important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology from "Geo Trust" to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology. As well our site is tested daily by industry leader "McAfee Secure" for possible threats of identity theft, viruses, spyware, and other online threats.
As an added security feature, we do not store your credit card data on our servers once the transaction is completed, so your card is not at risk of being stolen by a hacker accessing our servers.
